Laity in Ministry

Marvin Bergman serves as the Coordinator of the Lay Leadership Education Program of the Nebraska District. He is engaged in informing laity of the District of opportunities to grow in one's discipleship, serve as lay leaders in congregations, become assistants to pastors in their ministries, or prepare to train as a pastor.

The Lay Leadership Program offers ten courses which seek to equip laity for these roles. Classes are offered on Saturdays during the fall and spring of a year, with courses being offered around the District. Contact the District Office for current and upcoming class locations.

For more information, please contact Pastor Bergman at marv.bergman@cune.edu or contact Carol at 1-888-643-2961.
