The Nebraska District offers many of the forms educators are required to complete in an electronic format. The links on the right will open these forms. Instructions are on the top of each form.

Commissioned ministers may now complete their LEIF online at the Lutheran School Portal website. If your school is a member of the portal, you should already have access to it. If your school is not a member or if you do not know your login information, please contact the District Office using the contact information at the right.
