LCEF serves new and existing LCMS congregations by providing funds to buy land and build or remodel facilities anywhere the Word of God is preached and  taught.  LCEF also makes loans to LCMS seminaries, colleges and universities; Lutheran high schools and elementary schools; partner churches around the world; and Related Service Organizations. 

LCEF is also proud to offer to Commissioned or Ordained Ministers of The Lutheran Church---Missouri Synod on active or emeritus status, the following Professional Church Worker Loans:

• Direct Housing Loans:  to purchase or refinance primary, single-family residences
• Consolidation Loans:  for education, credit cards, utilities, taxes, medical, auto repairs, etc.
