The goal of the Finance area is to provide relevant financial information to assist the District's Board of Directors in their planning and evaluation of the District's programs, structure, and financial resources.
Paul serves as LCEF Nebraska Vice-President and Nebraska District Treasurer. He is available to help you with LCEF loan and investor services, ministry resources, congregational finance questions, Worker Benefit Plans, and to make presentations. He is also very willing to meet with congregations and individuals to discuss the many services LCEF offers, as well as finance issues.
Barb VonKampen serves as accountant in the Distict's finance office. Her responsibilities include the monitoring and reporting of the financial activities of the District.
Sandy Ruether serves the District in the finance office as the bookkeeper. She will assist you in the areas of Lutheran Witness subscriptions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Carrie Parr serves the District as assistant to the Lutheran Church Extension Fund vice president and to the District Treasurer. Carrie may be contacted to answer questions in these areas, or to help make appointments with those in these departments.
