God is still "calling" people and still providing miracles at just the right time. In Matthew 24:14; "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." We are clearly told that ALL NATIONS will hear of the Lord Jesus before the end of the world will come, and even here at Mission Central we are privileged to be a part of this verse.  Yes, during the last week of 2005 Missionaries Pastor Charles and Jeanette Groth came to stay several days, and they had received a "call" from the Mission Department in St. Louis to become the very first career missionaries to open the NEW country of Cambodia.  Never before had we ever had evangelistic missionaries in Cambodia, and now we are allowed to send the very first ones, because the people are now "open to the Gospel of our Lord Jesus."  What a thrill to have these missionaries come to Mission Central.  They were a bit apprehensive about this new calling, but fully aware that God was in charge.  One of their concerns was people to pray for them and where their stewardship support was going to come from.  In one of the most amazing ways, in just one week the full support for these missionaries was secured because God "called" special families to help with this support project.  They are now in Cambodia, and would you please pray for them, that God will keep them safe, and provide them with the opportunities to share the Love of the Lord Jesus with the thousands there that have never heard His name.  We are sending missionaries from Nebraska and Iowa to countries that have never been told about Jesus...signs that the clock is truly ticking" and we are getting closer and closer to that blessed day of our Lord's return.
