The more I travel, the more I learn, the more I find out, the more that God gives me wisdom, the more I fully understand that the words of Matthew 18:3 are so very, very, very important.  "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."  We should all seek a "childlike faith."  Over the years in all of the children's messages that I have given I have found that little children "really get it."  It is such a privilege to speak to children and to "swear them in as official missionaries the rest of their life."  Recently, when speaking to a very large church in Wausau, Wisconsin, there were about 120 little children that came up.  These little children were so sincere, and they all raised their little hands and took the "oath" to be missionaries the rest of their life and to tell others about Jesus.  About a week later, a mother wrote a note to me and said, "Gary, my little girl was one of the children that got sworn in at last Sunday’s service and you need to know what happened at her school on the next day!"  She went on to say that her little 2nd grade missionary asked her friend at school if she knew who Jesus was, and her friend said, "No, who is he?" The little sworn-in missionary said, "Well, I am a real missionary, and now I'm going to tell you!"  Yes, God can even use children as missionaries.  Several weeks ago I spoke at a church and during the children's message I asked the question, "What do missionaries do?" and a little 5 year old girl slowly raised her hand and said, "They tell people about Jesus, so that we will all be together in our real home in heaven!" Tears came to my eyes, and I thought about "childlike faith" and what the Lord Jesus said in Matthew 18:3.  Yes, I took the little girl by the hand and walked her down the aisle of that church and said, "Now you tell everyone real loud what God has put in your heart of what missionaries do!" With such a strong little voice little Josey told everyone what we are really doing here.  I will never forget her, and I thanked her parents for what they had taught her.
