Wives of pastors and vicars in the Nebraska District are invited to participate in a retreat designed especially for them. The theme for our retreat is Titus 2 for Life. The presenter for Saturday will be Linda Bartlett, former president of Lutherans For Life.

As part of the retreat experience, Linda has suggested that the meeting room be transformed into a tea room, creating a cozy atmosphere suitable for socializing. 

Each participant is asked to bring a useable teacup and saucer to the retreat. Volunteers are also invited to help set the tables to provide a proper “tea room” atmosphere. If you have a teapot that could be used for a centerpiece, we invite you to contact Brenda Schmidt of the planning committee. 

The brochure linked on the right provides details for the event. The retreat is designed to give wives of pastors time to enjoy a relaxing time away from the daily demands of their busy schedule. The Leadership Center at Aurora provides an atmosphere of fun and fellowship, where participants can experience the joy and friendship of other wives of pastors.
