September 6, 2005 Donate Bibles to Hurricane Victims! The victims of Hurricane Katrina need food, water, and other necessary supplies, but they also need hope-a hope that can only be found in our Savior, Jesus Christ. Donate new and gently used Bibles to show those suffering that Jesus cares for them. Concordia Gospel Outreach, the mission outreach agency of Concordia Publishing House, will distribute all gifts to the churches and other agencies aiding in the disaster relief in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
